My mental health is in the best place it’s ever been

“I was very happy with my experience at iPractice. I liked the combination of in person and online support. My therapists were professional and great at what they did. I’ve finished my treatment feeling like my mental health is in the best place it’s ever been.”

Professional and compassionate towards the patient

“Everything is arranged professionally here, and with compassion for the patient. From making an appointment (excellent, kind people on the phone) to the treatment itself (very knowledgeable therapist, coordinates pleasantly with the patient, expertise and empathy go hand in hand): everything is well arranged here. The waiting room is pleasant, the treatment rooms too. You feel at ease, get a cup of tea. The concept with the online therapist as a check-in moment and support and to discuss the more weekly impact of the therapy on daily life works very well (I was skeptical about that). If I needed therapy again, I would go to this practice again, but after 12 sessions I am currently much more confident and have the tools to continue on my own, without the support of a therapist. Thanks, iPractice!”

Good combination of online and practice

“Irene & Anna are great. I went into this quite skeptical but I have to honestly say that the combination of online and practice worked very well for me. They listened very well, both in practice and online. It was not an easy journey but the journey was made possible by both ladies. I will not say that I am completely there but certainly on the right track and I think/hope that I can finish the journey independently. I have received great tools. Thanks ladies!”

What if I’m not exactly sure what my issue is?

That’s completely normal. Many people experience psychological symptoms without knowing exactly what’s causing them. You don’t have to figure it out yourself. During the intake, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and what suits you.

What if I don’t identify with one specific issue?

You don’t need to fit into one box. Maybe you’re experiencing tension and sadness, or racing thoughts and fatigue. Our treatments are tailored to your situation, not just to a label.

Can I register without a referral?

You can register with us without a referral, but a referral letter from your GP is required for reimbursement through basic health insurance.

How do I know if my symptoms are serious enough for therapy?

You don’t need to wait until things get worse. If your symptoms are affecting your daily life — at work, in relationships, or within yourself — that’s reason enough to seek help.

What happens after I register?

After your registration, we’ll schedule an intake. In this session, you’ll talk with a psychologist about your symptoms, your needs, and your goals. Based on that, we’ll create a treatment plan together.
