As a face-to-face and online psychologist at iPractice Shannon is there to help you when you need support. She understands how difficult it can be – and how vulnerable it can make you feel – to ask for help with issues such as stress, low self-esteem, anxiety or insecurity. Shannon is a good listener and always committed to giving you the help you need. She is both a Clinical Development Psychologist and a Work and Organisation Psychologist, and she will work with you to explore ways in which you can improve your quality of life as well as looking at methods which are suitable for you. She will offer you tools which will help you to recognise – and break out of – fixed patterns which you may have become stuck in, always looking for the positive and focussing on your talents.

Shannon will help you to get to the root of what is really going on and will work with you to find the right balance. She speaks both Dutch and English.
