My mental health is in the best place it’s ever been

“I was very happy with my experience at iPractice. I liked the combination of in person and online support. My therapists were professional and great at what they did. I’ve finished my treatment feeling like my mental health is in the best place it’s ever been.”

Professional and compassionate towards the patient

“Everything is arranged professionally here, and with compassion for the patient. From making an appointment (excellent, kind people on the phone) to the treatment itself (very knowledgeable therapist, coordinates pleasantly with the patient, expertise and empathy go hand in hand): everything is well arranged here. The waiting room is pleasant, the treatment rooms too. You feel at ease, get a cup of tea. The concept with the online therapist as a check-in moment and support and to discuss the more weekly impact of the therapy on daily life works very well (I was skeptical about that). If I needed therapy again, I would go to this practice again, but after 12 sessions I am currently much more confident and have the tools to continue on my own, without the support of a therapist. Thanks, iPractice!”

Good combination of online and practice

“Irene & Anna are great. I went into this quite skeptical but I have to honestly say that the combination of online and practice worked very well for me. They listened very well, both in practice and online. It was not an easy journey but the journey was made possible by both ladies. I will not say that I am completely there but certainly on the right track and I think/hope that I can finish the journey independently. I have received great tools. Thanks ladies!”

View full FAQ
How do I know which treatment suits me?

You don’t have to figure that out yourself. During the intake, we’ll work together to find the approach that fits your symptoms, goals, and personality. We’ll explain what the treatment looks like and why we recommend it.

Can I switch treatments if something doesn’t suit me?

Yes. If you feel that a certain approach isn’t a good fit, we’ll discuss it together. We’ll adjust the treatment or explore an alternative that suits you better.

Are the treatments online, in-person, or both?

At iPractice, we use a blended approach. You’ll have in-person sessions and online contact through a secure platform. This way, you get consistent support at different times and in different ways.

Do you use standard treatment methods or tailor-made care?

We use evidence-based treatment methods, but always adapt them to your specific situation. Sometimes we use one clear method, and other times we combine techniques from multiple therapies.

Are the treatments covered by insurance?

Yes, if you have a valid referral from your GP, most treatments are covered under the basic health insurance. Please note the mandatory deductible and your policy terms.
