During his internship he gained experience with people struggling with various types of complaints in the areas of depression, anxiety, worrying and loneliness.

Miko studied at the University of Groningen, where he completed his bachelor in Human Movement Sciences and master in Clinical Neuropsychology. He is interested in human behavior, brain functioning and the effect of exercise on the brain.
