Julia received both her bachelor psychology and master clinical psychology degree from Utrecht University. During her studies she gained experience in basic mental health care giving short term treatments focused on stress, burnout and negative self-image, using methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Julia gives treatments in Dutch and English.
