Arlette is a GZ psychologist and Cognitive behavioral therapist VGCt. She has affinity with the short-term and solution-focused approach. She believes it is important to connect well with people’s wishes and needs and to pay attention to the therapeutic relationship. She not only looks at the complaints, but also at healthy and strong sides. She hopes to teach people new skills and provide insights, which they can then use themselves. If necessary, Arlette can also be confrontational.

Arlette has experience with anxiety, worrying, ADHD, depressive symptoms and self-image problems.

Arlette studied Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. She then completed the Cognitive gedragstherapie VGCt training and the GZ-opleiding. She has followed the basic course of EMDR, ACT and schema therapy.

Arlette offers treatments in Dutch.
