Sherida is an online psychologist at iPractice. She believes it is important that you feel you can be yourself and that this is good enough, even when things are not going so well. Life comes with challenges (big and small), and sometimes it’s okay to ask for help. She understands that this is not always easy and that it can be exciting to be vulnerable. In conversation Sherida tries to make room for this by her listening ear and calm, open and non-judgmental attitude, where light-heartedness and humor are also allowed.
With practical tools she helps you take small steps towards a lighter and more valuable life, where you are in control again. She uses elements of ACT, CBT and Mindfulness.
Sherida studied Clinical (child and adolescent) Psychology at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
