Over Jacqueline Tolhoek

Jacqueline is a Health-Care psychologist at iPractice. During the treatment, Jacqueline will work with you to find the underlying patterns of your complaints, so you can start living by your strengths. Together with you she will look for ways to deal with any painful emotions and thoughts in a helpful and accepting way and to further expand what is already going well. She believes it is important that you (re)discover your own value(s) so that you can live a valuable life. Jacqueline uses techniques from Schema therapy, Mindfulness, ACT, EMDR and CBT.

Jacqueline was educated at the University of Groningen in educational sciences. She later specialized as a health care psychologist at PPO in Groningen (2012). Jacqueline gives treatment in Dutch and English.
