Elle-Sofie has a degree in clinical psychology from Leiden University. She completed her internship at the Psychiatry department at the University Medical Center (UMC) in Utrecht, where she focused on diagnostics. She also has experience with child and adolescent psychology.

Elle-Sofie speaks Dutch and English.
