Shanice studied at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, specializing in clinical neuropsychology and clinical psychology. After graduation, she worked in the field of psychodiagnostics and the treatment of adults with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders and depression.

Shanice speaks Dutch and English.
