Yvonne is a Healthcare Psychologist at iPractice. She has an open, personal approach, working together with you to explore the factors behind your symptoms and how you can handle them. Finding balance, self-direction and increasing your (self-)confidence are central to the process. You can contact Yvonne for help with anxiety and depression as well as trauma-related problems. Yvonne is also an expert in the relationship between physical and psychological problems and non-congenital brain injury. She incorporates elements from a range of evidence-based therapy methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapie (ACT) and EMDR.

Yvonne studied Psychology at the University of Utrecht. She has worked in various areas including rehabilitation centres and hospitals. She offers therapy in both Dutch and English.
