Minke uses evidence based methods like Cognitive behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and EMDR. She gives treatment in Dutch and English.

Minke finished her bachelor psychology and master Health and Medical Psychology at the Universiteit Leiden. After het study she worked in different places where she got more work experience in giving psychological treatments.
