Fleur is a healthcare psychologist at iPractice. In her approach she listens closely and without judgment to what you communicate to her, both verbally and non-verbally. Her style is characterized by openness, trust and warmth. By using curious and confronting questions she helps you reflect on how to develop or regain a sense of agency in your own life. Besides the struggles you are experiencing, she also focuses on your strengths. You will improve these strengths in order to increase your resiliency, which helps you to feel more equipped and confident to deal with inevitable setbacks and struggles in your life. Now and in the future.
Fleur has experience with helping people who struggle with (difference types of) anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and with a wide variety of psychological theme’s such as negative self-image, assertiveness and perfectionism. She tailers her treatment to the client’s request (‘hulpvraag’) and uses elements of ACT, CGT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Fleur graduated with a master in Forensic Psychology at the Universiteit Maastricht. She later specialized as a healthcare psychologist at Rino Utrecht and De Spreekkamer in Rotterdam.
