I am a licensed GZ-psychologist, with a background in Neuropsychology; Within this specialization, the approach is often solution-focused; looking at what clients can still do and how they can cope with certain limitations. I apply elements from various methodologies, including dynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and solution-focused therapy. To build a rapport with someone, I believe that an authentic, open attitude in our interactions is crucial. I like to use a personal approach, being supportive yet sometimes confrontational. Additionally, there is always room for humor, which is how I approach life myself. I have experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, negative self-image, burnout, single trauma, Medically Unexplained Symptoms(MUS) and people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
