Sophie Janss
My name is Sophie, and I work as an online psychologist at iPractice. In my interactions with others, I am naturally calm and engaged. I believe it is important to create a warm and open environment where a sense of safety comes first. From that foundation, I like to work in a creative and solution-focused way. Together, we explore what you need to gain more control over your difficulties and regain a sense of direction and agency in your life.
I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Tilburg University. During my internship, I supported people experiencing, among other things, (medically unexplained) physical symptoms, burnout-related complaints, anxiety, and mood-related difficulties. The interaction between mind and body was a central focus of this work. This broad perspective remains an important foundation in my practice today, allowing me to look beyond the symptoms and see you as a whole person.
