Over Puck van der Meer
Puck is an online psychologist at iPractice. She studied clinical psychology at the University of Rotterdam and now works with great pleasure with people who are struggling due to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply not knowing exactly what they feel or need.
Puck works with methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also incorporates body-based exercises when appropriate. So, it’s not just talking, but also feeling and doing — in a way that truly fits the person.
During her internship, she gained a lot of experience in diagnostics and the treatment of ADHD.
Puck speaks both Dutch and English. She believes it’s important that you feel comfortable and can explore what’s going on together — and what you want to do about it.
