Lucien Cox

GZ-Psychologist
iPractice Den Bosch
Online therapy available

Lucien is a licensed healthcare psychologist (GZ-psychologist) at iPractice. He places great value on creating a warm and safe environment in which you can talk openly and at ease. Equality and personal autonomy are important guiding principles in his work. He also finds it important that you do not have to face your struggles alone and that, when helpful, your loved ones can be involved in your treatment.

You can consult Lucien for a range of concerns, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, mood-related complaints, grief, and burnout. In his treatments, he uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Where appropriate, he also incorporates elements from schema therapy, mentalisation-based therapy (MBT), and systemic therapy. In addition, Lucien has extensive experience working with individuals with gender dysphoria and autism. He is also specialized in conducting complex psychological assessments.

Lucien studied Health Care Psychology at Radboud University in Nijmegen and completed his postgraduate training as a healthcare psychologist at RINO Zuid in Eindhoven.

At iPractice, you’ll have personal conversations and active support between sessions. That’s how we create lasting change, together.
