She has experience in treating lifestyle problems, addiction, eating disorders, and negative self-image. She takes a holistic approach, in which lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition play a crucial role in both physical and mental well-being. For her, sustainable recovery is not just about overcoming difficulties but also about strengthening resilience in the long term.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology in Australia and completed her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Therapy is available in both Dutch and English.
