- At iPractice, we aim for everyone to have an intake appointment within 2 weeks.
- After the intake, there is no additional waiting time and you can immediately start your treatment.
- Sometimes it takes longer at one of our locations; if you choose a treatment where all contact is online, you can always start within 2 weeks.
- We do our best to help everyone as quickly as possible.
Waiting Times
We keep our waiting times short. Together with you, we look at the care that best suits your needs.
Current waiting times by location:
Alkmaar: ~ 4-6 weeks
Amsterdam: ~ 5-6 weeks
The Hague: ~ 5-6 weeks
Eindhoven: ~ 5-6 weeks
Groningen: ~ 3-4 weeks
Haarlem: ~ 1-2 weeks
Nijmegen: ~ 5-6 weeks
Rotterdam: ~ 6-7 weeks
Tilburg: ~ 5-6 weeks
Utrecht: ~ 1-2 weeks
100% Online: 1-2 weeks
The shortest waiting time applies if you choose to have all your contact moments online (via video calls and chat). We will work with you to find the first available spot in one of our psychologists’ schedules.
The listed waiting time refers to the time until the pre-intake with one of our psychologists. After that, treatment can begin right away. Prior to the pre-intake, you’ll be asked to fill out an online questionnaire so our psychologists can already help you effectively during your first session. Completing this form is important to ensure the pre-intake appointment is used well.
VGZ Clients:
When registering, we will contact you personally to inform you about the current waiting time, the content of the treatment process, and the expected start date. For VGZ-insured clients, the waiting time is currently longer than usual. For ADHD and trauma screenings, VGZ’s care mediation department may be able to help on shorter notice.
Combine face-to-face with online contact:
Face-to-face sessions
For in-depth conversations
Frequent online contact
Support with daily struggles through chat and video calls
100% online is also possible
Sessions take place online via video calls
