With our approach, you form a team with a consulting room psychologist for in-depth conversations, and an online psychologist for accessible contact and support.

Face to face conversations

For the 45-minute conversations, we will meet you at one of the iPractice locations or online. The consulting room psychologist will then take all the time to explore the depth with you.

Frequent online contact

In between the in-depth conversations, you maintain easy online contact with your online psychologist to share exercises and receive interim support.
